For the treatment of progressive degenerative changes of the knee joint in osteoarthritis, the use of autologous cellular materials has been proposed. The purpose of the study was to investigate the structural changes of the meniscus and the epiphysis of the tibia affected by osteoarthritis after the use of cellular technologies. Materials and methods. The experimental osteoarthritis was modeled in rabbits; after 1 month, platelet plasma, autologous bone marrow aspirate, and homogenized adipose tissue were injected into the knee cavity.
